1. Who we are

This website belongs to Hiteck Lift Services. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Hiteck Lift Services.

2. Information you give us

The enquiry form on the Contact page asks for your name, phone number, email (optional), building suburb or address (optional), the service and lift type you are asking about, your message, and (optionally) how you found us. You can review your details before sending. The form:

• checks your entries in your browser and on our server;
• when direct sending is available and you choose Send enquiry, sends those details through our Vercel-hosted endpoint and Resend email service to admin@hitecklifts.com.au;
• also lets you open the details in your own email app or copy them. Those options only send an enquiry if you send the email yourself;
• does not add you to a mailing list or save your enquiry in a website database. Email copies and delivery records are handled by our email providers.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out work on your lift, and keep records of that work. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing. Resend, Vercel and mailbox providers process information to deliver and protect the enquiry service; processing may occur outside Australia. If you use your own email app, your email provider also handles that message under its terms.

3. Information collected automatically

• No analytics, advertising, marketing tracking pixels or social media widgets. See Cookies.
• Fonts and images are served from this website. Vercel BotID runs a browser challenge for enquiry submissions and processes security signals to check for automated requests. Security scripts are proxied through this website.
• Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type) to run and secure the site.

4. Client names and logos

The client logos on our home page belong to their owners and come from each organisation’s own website. They are shown to illustrate who we work with and remain their owners’ trademarks.

5. Links to other websites

Links to email, phone or other websites open outside this site. Those services handle your information under their own policies.

6. Access, corrections and questions

7. Changes

We will update this policy if the website changes how it handles information, for example if we add an online form that sends directly to us. The date at the top shows the latest version.
